Preparation, what do before the session

• Define the topic of the activity/ presentation.
• Sign up: Create a free account on the Mentimeter website and create a presentation on the topic.
• To create a presentation: Choose a template or start from scratch to create a presentation. You can add text, polls, word clouds, images, videos, and other elements to your presentation.
• Decide how you want to collect data and add interactive elements: Choose from various interactive elements, such as surveys, quizzes, polls, word clouds, and live Q&A, to make your presentation more engaging.

During application, i.e. while giving the session

• Launch the presentation: Launch the presentation on the Mentimeter platform and share the link with your audience when ready.
• Monitor results: As your audience interacts with your presentation, you can monitor the results in real-time and view charts and graphs summarising the data.
• Analyse results: After the presentation, you can view and analyse the results in detail and export them to share with others.
• Repeat: You can save and reuse your presentations or create new ones as needed.

Follow-up about what to do after the session

• Assess the results.
• Send out the results or show them as they come in during the poll if needed.
